If the payment in terms of the communication of the Finance Officer addressed to Principal of Ram Lakhan Singh Yadav College, Bodh Gaya dated 6.1.2018 forwarding a Cheque of Rs.2,66,267/- has not been made over to the petitioner, it shall be done forthwith within ten days or the Principal of the college will be liable for contempt.
