The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail passed by the Sessions judge, Camp Court, Sheikhpura, in connection with Ariari P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014 on the ground that on merits, they did not deserve anticipatory bail. Having considered that the Sessions Judge after full consideration of facts had granted anticipatory bail to the Opposite Party No. 2 and, therefore, no cause for cancellation is made out, the application stands rejected.
