ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some argument, learned counsel for the complainant submits that he is willing to pay the rest of the amount and the petitioner must register the entire land in his favour within a period of two months. Learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees to the said proposal.
In view of such facts and circumstances, let the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22842 of 2016 (3) dt.23-08-2016 P2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 19 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
It is made clear that if the parties do not honour the terms of the agreement and the commitment made before this Court, it shall be open to either of them to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
