The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 09.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32548 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.64 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge Excise, Saran at Chapra, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 09.09.2022 is modified to the extent as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46540 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 indicated above and modification application is allowed. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
