The anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed vide order dated 17.07.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.26641 of 2015 on his undertaking that he will return the amount of Rs.1,15,000/- to the complainant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has already returned the amount on 13.02.2016 but he could not surrender in the court below.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has already returned the amount to the complainant, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and on such the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19733 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No.3464 of 2012 corresponding to Trial No.1507 of 2015.
