Vide order dated 29.9.2022 the petitioner was granted provisional bail with an observation that the matter will be sent to Mediation Center where both the petitioner and informant will appear on 18th October, 2022 and thereafter the report be submitted to this court and the petitioner will also make payment of Rs. 5000/- to the informant for her conveyance allowance.
Mediation Report dated 7.12.2022 has been received. From which, it appears that both parties were appeared but the parties have failed to settle their dispute and mediation failed. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38504 of 2022(4) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 informant prayed for some maintenance for survival of the informant as she is a housewife and is not able to maintain herself.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dt. 29.9.2022 is hereby confirmed.
Petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 4000/- (four thousand) per month as a maintenance to the informant's bank account commencing from this month.
The aforesaid payment will be subject to any order passed in the maintenance case for final settlement. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) amandeep/- U T
