2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted informant with iron rod causing fracture of his both hands, due to which the informant fell down.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. It is further submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of nine days and there is no explanation for the same. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that this petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific accusation that he assaulted informant with iron rod. The injuries sustained by the injured have been opined to be grievous in nature.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and nature of injuries sustained by the injured, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
