Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case no. 78/2013 registered under sections 420, 467,468, 471 and 120B of the IPC.

Petitioners purchased lands in question in the year 1999 and the informant lodged the present case in the year 2013. Moreover, it appears that it is case of civil dispute.

Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Kartaha P.S. Case no. 78/2013
