JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.01.2013 passed in CWJC No.23511 of 2012 by which the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal, as prayed on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the opposite parties, this Court does not find any error apparent from the record or any ground which may merit for modification of the said order. This Court incidentally also takes note of the fact that the modification petition has been filed after two years of the passing of the said order.
