JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the petition during course of the day. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33226 of 2015 to the extent that petitioner and his mother have issued two cheques of Rs. 15,00,000/- and third cheque of Rs. 5,00,000/- was to be issued by Palvi Rai, but the amount of third cheque was wrongly recorded as Rs. 25,00,000/-. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 350C of 2013, pending in the court of learned Sri Manoj Kumar-V, J.M., Ist Class, Patna. The order dated 14.12.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21225 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
