20.02.2015 Heard learned Sr. Counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the State.
It is said that petitioner has committed offence under section 7 of the E.C. Act, because 600 litters of kerosene was recovered from his possession without any license.
Looking at the nature of recovery, anticipatory bail application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36067 of 2014 (3) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 Khijarasarai P. S. Case No. 90 of 2014, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in subsection (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
