2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 498(A), 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per F.I.R., there is allegation of commission of torture and harassment for dowry against these petitioners.
4. Petitioners no. 1 is mother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is father-in-law, petitioner no. 3 is brother-in-law, petitioner no. 4 is sister-in-law of the informant. Thrust of the accusation is against Md. Sajid, who is husband of the informant. So far as these petitioners are concerned, they are separate in mess and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41753 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 property and have got no concern with the family affairs of informant and her husband.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes. the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.
6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur / concerned court in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 158 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
