Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police has filed a final form. However, the court has taken cognizance.

In view of the above, anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Birpur (Supaul), in connection with Birpur P. S. Case No. 205 of 2013, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38343 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 the Code of Criminal Procedure.
