2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 69, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he has established physical relationship with the informant, who is working for him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that the FIR has been

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Session Judge-cum-Exclusive Special Excise Judge (Rape and POCSO), East Champaran at Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 98 of 2025.
