The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sarmera P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on the order of the petitioner Sundar Kumar the son of the petitioner assaulted the informant on his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant got one lacerated wound 1"x1⁄4"x1⁄4" on head and the injury on the face appeared to be simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have ordered and on such his son assaulted, but there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner, the

No.6815 of 2015 (4) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajan Mishra, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nalanda in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
