The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 5411 of 2020 with a direction to surrender before the court below within six weeks, but he could not surrender before the court below within the time prescribed in the order dated 29.02.2020 on account of Covid-19 and now he is ready to surrender before the court below and makes prayer for time. In such view of the matter, the time for surrender of the petitioner before the court below is extended further for four weeks.

The order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5411 of 2020 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
