The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking payment of retrial dues of his father who died on 03.07.2005. As per the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2 the payments of gratuity, G.P.F, differential amount of dearness allowance, Group Insurance, interim benefit, differential amount of salary, arrears of pension and pensonary relief were paid to the employee i.e., the late father of the petitioner during his life time. However, with regard to the payment of arrears on account of revised pay with effect from 01.04.1997 to 30.10.2004, pursuant to
Patna High Court CWJC No.2369 of 2012 dt.02-09-2015 2/2 the decision of the Court in L.P.A. No. 960 of 2007, the Corporation has come out with a time bound scheme for payment to its employees. It is submitted that the petitioner would also be paid accordingly.
In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with the observation that the respondents shall pay the due amount on account of pay revision for the aforesaid period as per the decision taken by it in a uniform basis.
