The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that the petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he also entered the house of the informant and after the occurrence, threatened the informant, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 pending in the court of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Bhagalpur stands rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders in the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12928 of 2015 (3) dt.26-06-2015 2/2 below and seeks regular bail, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the learned court below at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
