2. The present MJC No. 3316 of 2018 has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 9.4.2018 after quashing the order dated 19.3.2018 with liberty to the
Patna High Court MJC No.3316 of 2018(6) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 respondents to take fresh decision in accordance with law.
3. A show cause on behalf of the opposite party no.9 is on record by which memo no. 13 dated 3.2.2024 as also the letter no. 250 dated 5.2.2024 issued by the District Education Officer, Jehanabad is on record, according to which, the word 'retrospective' has been deleted from the order and accordingly, direction has been given to make payment of Rs. 6,64,379/-. The order having been complied, the petitioner, if so want, can agitate the matter.
