2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 836 of 2024, dated 23.12.2024, instituted under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2) and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3.There is an allegation of assault on the head of Ram Eshwar Yadav and Pintu Yadav against thirteen FIR-named accused persons, including the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that no specific allegation

Both parties are neighbours, and a dispute is going on between them regarding the demarcation of land. The injuries sustained by the alleged injured persons have been stated to be simple in nature. There is a case and counter-case between the parties. The petitioner has lodged Ara P.S. Case No. 835 of 2024, dated 23.12.2024, under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 76, 352, and 351(2)(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, against the informant and his family members. The petitioner's side also sustained injuries in the occurrence. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Ara, Bhojpur, in Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 836 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023.
