JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being brother's wife of husband of victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of informant after about five years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demands of motor cycle and Rs. one lac cash. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is omnibus and general. The petitioner claims to be separate from the husband of victim since long and certificate to that effect has been issued by the Mukhiya and the same has been brought on record.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20226 of 2016 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Chandan Kumar, learned JM, 1st class, Jehanabad in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
