Although, the appellant has averred in I.A. No. 6562 of 2018 that due to certain reasons, he could not prefer the present appeal within time, but we have not at all convinced

Patna High Court L.P.A No. 1220 of 2018(3) dt.06-01-2020 2/2 with the grounds taken by the appellant in I.A. No. 6562 of 2018 for condonation of delay and therefore, the interlocutory application i.e. I.A. No. 6562 of 2018 stands rejected. Since this appeal is time barred, accordingly, this appeal too stands dismissed.
