The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the delay of three days caused in filing the FIR as also the fact that there is a counter case regarding the same incident, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20679 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2 / 2 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-4th, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
