The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 385, 386, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of asking ransom from the husband of the informant by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and there is no direct allegation against the petitioner of giving threat to the informant.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Case No. 18 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
