2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of abducting the victim Raju Kumar. Nishant Kumar, the brother of victim Raju Kumar had eloped with the daughter of one of the co-accused and because of that, this occurrence has taken place.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 62 of 2025.
