JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 23-08-2016 This case has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that in the order dated 11.8.2016 wrong facts have been recorded which is as follows: "It has further been submitted that every leaf of pre and post trap memorandum does not bear the signature of the informant".

He submits that he has not submitted the aforesaid fact but he has submitted in paragraph 6 of the petition which is as follows" "that every leaf of the pre and post trap memorandum bears the signature of informant with date which is 20.6.2015 along with the signature of the members of the raiding party."

Accordingly the earlier submission recorded in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20217 of 2016 (4) dt.23-08-2016 order dated 11.8.2016 is deleted and in that place the following sentence is substituted: "that every leaf of the pre and post trap memorandum bears the signature of informant with date which is 20.6.2015 along with the signature of the members of the raiding party."

Accordingly order dated 11.8.2016 is modified to that extent.
