2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 28.11.2017 passed in CWJC

Patna High Court MJC No.565 of 2018 dt.27-03-2019 2/2 No. 12738 of 2017.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of OP Nos. 5 to 7, Annexure-A whereof being a copy of Receipt No. 42/2019 discloses that a sum of Rs. 4,28,702/- has been received by the petitioner against interest and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 565 of 2018 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
