The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bisfi P.S. Case no. 48 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 436, 307, 427, 380, 452, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(x) SC/ST Act. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and set ablaze his house.
It is submitted that there is a counter version bearing Bisfi P.S. Case no. 54/2014. Petitioners were also injured. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14919 of 2015 (2) dt.11-05-2015 2/2 statement of the petitioners was recorded in the hospital. It appears that of course occurrence took place due to land dispute but all the petitioners are alleged to have set ablaze the house of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
