The petitioner seeks bail in Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the F.I.R., this petitioner made indiscriminate firing, as a result of which, informant and his daughter got firearm injury. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no such occurrence has taken place and petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Falsity of the case is apparent from perusal of injury report where doctor has not found any fire-arm injury on the person of informant. So far as injury sustained by the daughter of informant is concerned, same is below knee and not on the vital part of the body. Petitioner is in custody since

However, learned counsel for the informant vehemently has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020.
