2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b) (ii) (C), 23 and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 60 Kg Ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. This is the third attempt for regular bail. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75839 of 2023 vide order dated 29.02.2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 44743 of 2024 vide order dated 15.07.2024 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
