2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University showing payment of the admissible dues.

3. Though learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the position but submitted that liberty be given to file representation if any amount has reamined unpaid.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off

Patna High Court CWJC No.15792 of 2017 dt.21-06-2018 2/2 with liberty aforesaid.

5. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Registrar of the University within four weeks from today with regard to any remaining grievance, including statutory interest payable, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order, within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
