The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 36 of 2012, registered under Sections 144, 341, 342 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of the written report of informant Rajeev Ranjan Singh, Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 36 of 2012 was registered under Sections 144, 341, 342 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C.L.A. against Chandeshwar Sahni and 25 to 30 unknown. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of Chandeshwar Sahni, except, that

Further submission is that, in fact, petitioner is accused in five cases, as detailed in paragraph No.3 of the petition, due to that reasons, the Police got implicated the petitioner showing his name in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Nayagaon P.S.
