The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No.67 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457,341,354(A),504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act. The allegation against the petitioner is of under the POCSO Act. The girl is a minor.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim girl has refused medical examination.
