The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/427/379/506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that when the informant came to know that the accused persons are damaging the crops of the informant he went to the crop field to face the hostility of variously armed accused persons, who assaulted the informant, made indiscriminate firing and took away the crops causing loss of Rs.16,000/- and a wrist watch of the informant.

No.15032 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute when Title Suit No. 164 of 2010 is pending between the parties and the petitioners' side lodged a case at earlier point of time. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Kanaria O.P.) P.S. Case No.419 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
