Case No.150 of 2019, pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, has become infructuous.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.
