Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to delete the name of petitioner nos. 1 and 2, above named, from the array of the parties.

Permission is accorded.

Now, this application is confined to petitioner no.3Priya Kumari, only. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52547 of 2021, whereby the petitioner no.3 has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37724 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner no.3 namely, Priya Kumari, to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52547 of 2021, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
