In their interest, the further proceeding of Complaint Case No. 519 of 2013 pending before Sri Sanjeev Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur is, hereby, set aside.

Also, in the interest of the parties, the further proceeding of Maintenance Case No. 116 of 2014 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Samatipur shall stand dropped.

However, if at any point of time the Complainant
