2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019 dated 19.07.2019, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he intercepted the informant, who is a public servant, and restrained him for several hours and took key of his motorcycle along with documents and cash of Rs. 5000/- from his bag.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that earlier the petitioner had filed Motihari

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36915 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 SC/ST Case No. 63 of 2019 under Sections 31(r)(s) of SC/ST Act against the informant due to which the present case has been lodged falsely by the informant. It is submitted that both the parties have settled their disputes outside the court and a petition in this regard has already been filed by them before A.C.J.M.-Ist, Sadar, Motihari. Lastly, it has been submitted that he has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
