Case No.46 of 2016 to C.I.D. or C.B.I. Earlier also; the petitioner had filed Cr. W. J. C. No.1050 of 2007 claming arrest of the accused persons and for establishment of permanent police station at Mohara Block and for payment of compensation. The said writ petition was disposed of on 17th September, 2008. Later, a contempt petition bearing MJC No.2290 of
Patna High Court CWJC No.7638 of 2016 dt.09-11-2016 2/2 2009 was filed which was decided on 16th December, 2009. The petitioner has now again invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court said to be under public interest, but the relief claimed is either for payment of compensation or transfer of a sum or for entrustment of investigation to C.I.D or C.B.I.
In view of the orders earlier passed, we do not find that the petitioner can be granted any other relief other than what has been granted earlier. No further order is called for in the present petition. The same stands disposed of.
