The petitioner seeks bail in Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323 and 308 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 27.2.2019 having clean antecedent. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner assaulted the informant with Tangi on his head causing injury to him and he fell down.

The injury report of the informant has been enclosed as Annexure-2 wherein the Doctor has found two cut injuries on his head which were opined to be simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 27.2.2019 having

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Xth, Gaya, in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
