The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420, 272 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The police raided the house of the petitioner and, on search, mustard oil and refined oil kept in different containers were recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner purchased mustard oil and refined oil from Mahavir Khadya Tel Bhandar. The seized articles were sent for chemical examination. The seized articles were not found of substandard quality and no adulteration was found as the same would appear from Annexure-3 Series. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
