The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 1555 of 2019 arising out of Khirimore P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 333, 399, 402 IPC and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 27, 35 Arms Act and Sections 30(a), 37(b)(c), 38(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
