The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nawada Town (Bundelkhand) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 registered under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120(B)/201 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 14 of the Foreigners Act. Regard being had to the allegation made in the F.I.R. that with the active participation of the petitioner, one Enamul Haque, a citizen of Bangladesh, obtained passport on the basis of forged certificate, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
