JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceedings. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application after vehemently arguing for a while.

Permission is accorded with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. The Court has granted the aforesaid liberty in view of the fact that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, is a handicapped person and is not the assailant but from his mill, the looted articles were recovered.

Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
