JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 04.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44615 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 30 Kg of Ganja from his house and during course of search about 986 kg of Ganja, kept in different polybags were recovered from the house of co-accused Sanjay Singh. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that co-accused person has been enlarged on bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67066 of 2018 and another co-accused has been enlarged on bail by the court below itself. Further submission is that petitioner has been in judicial custody since 16.02.2018.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as soon as possible. This application is accordingly dismissed.
