The petitioner seeks bail in Barhara P.S. Case No. 207 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, daughter of the informant has been killed by the accused persons including this petitioner due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is living separately and has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2021 having no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Case No. 207 of 2021.
