This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1909 of 2020 for extension of time to deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of depositing amount is extended by four weeks from today subject to deposit of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) in the Juvenile Justice Fund of the State Social Welfare Department by the petitioner in connection with Chanpatiya (Sirisiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2019 to the
