2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in para-4 of the bail application.
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 438 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 64, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S.
4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of having sexual relationship with the informant for the last four years. The informant is a 30 year old married lady.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2025.
6. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36583 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate13th, District-Saran at Chapra/concerned Court below in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 438 of 2024.
