This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed on behalf of the petitioner is directed against the order dated 03.08.2013 passed in Criminal Revision No.384 of 2011, whereby the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai, dismissed the aforesaid Criminal Revision of the first party/petitioner, affirming the order dated 12.08.2011 passed in Case No.148(M) of 2006 by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Manjhaul, recalling the order of debar to file the written statement to the opposite party no.2 by allowing him to file written statement on depositing the cost of Rs.1500/-.
3. On going through the impugned order, I find no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54279 of 2013 dt.12-04-2016 2/2 illegality therein amounting to an abuse of the process of the court, calling for interference in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
