2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 21(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused are involved in selling and smuggling of Wiscodin Syrup. 5280 bottles of Wiscodin Syrup were recovered from Mahindra Bolero Pickup and 320 bottles were recovered from Tata Tigor.

4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as the recovery of the syrup, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
